The importance of training our teachers

Education for change

Our preschool program is developed in different cultures, with completely different realities in the Americas, Africa and Asia. Each country in these 3 continents has its own laws regarding education, especially the maximum and minimum age at which children may enter and leave preschool. The level of education required for preschool teachers is also different in each reality. Many countries, faced with the need for teachers, do not even require a bachelor's degree; a one-day training course is sufficient. As a result, teachers enter the classroom without any preparation to give children a good foundation in the early years.

For us, the continuous training of the team is extremely important for the personal and professional development of each one of them, so that they can keep abreast of changes in education and continuously improve their skills and knowledge. It is our role to ensure that teachers are constantly improving and have a good foundation for effective classroom practice, so that our children have a quality preschool experience, as this is a crucial stage for their cognitive, emotional and social development.

Even in the face of the challenges of the school levels required by each country, it is through the training program that our team is better prepared to respond to the demands of the classroom, to manage the difficulties, to observe and attend to the existing particularities, and to focus on the learning and integral growth of each child.

We unite so that each unit in these three continents can develop to the maximum all the skills and abilities of our students, with a solid foundation in a playful, autonomous and healthy way, so that each school cycle provides them with experiences of new discoveries and learning that involve them in such a way that they want to learn more and more.
